You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register before or as soon as you have finished placing an order, or check out as a Guest.

Why should I become a registered user?
You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order a product.
Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We’ll keep track of the items you’ve already put in your CART so that when you come back later. You will not have to re-select the items again.
Note that placing items in your cart for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

As user, you can re-register a new account using the same email address, but this will not recover the content of your earlier account.

How much does shipping cost?
The exact shipping  costs are calculated on the volumetric (dimensional) weight  of your order and the shipping destination, and can be viewed on the order checkout page.

What happens after I place an order?
After you send us your order (checkout) we will reply with the invoice and the payment details.

How can I pay? What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can pay accordingly to the invoice you’ll receive by email via Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer) into the account provided on the invoice.

How do I check on the status of my order?
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the payment and ship your order.
You’ll also receive the parcel tracking information with this email.

Do you offer a delivery guarantee?
If any of your packages go missing, we’ll ship you another product.

What is your return policy?
You may cancel an order at any time prior to payment.

We make accessories built strong to withstand adventure, but if they fail their purpose we want to know about it. 
We want to make sure we keep our clients satisfied and treated the way we would like to be treated.
We’ll also pay for the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, you received an incorrect or defective product, the product failed before its time.

You can return a product within 30 days from the ship date, if the reason for returning is a personal reason. All returned or exchanged items must be unused and undamaged, well packed. In this case, you will have to pay the returning costs.

How soon will I receive a refund for my return?
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited. Refunds will be processed back by most convenient payment method.

Please note.
It is almost impossible to predict accurately the amount of distortion or deformation that can occur during welding as a result of the non-uniform expansion and contraction of the weld and base metal during the heating and cooling cycles.
We do our best to calculate everything, but sometimes you will have to use a bit of manly force in order to bring the pieces of metal in contact.
