Have this rack since one year now. It accomplished some tours but now heavy offroad yet. So far I am very happy. Installation was okay (i am not a pro), looks and feels robust. It does not fit the bike well on the right side (the side without exhaust) but I think this is acceptable for a affordable rack like this (and is leaves space to attach there other thinks :)).

As mentioned in my review for the BMW F800 GS crash bars, I am perfectly satisfied with the constructions made by the heavyduties team and with the production quality. It really reflects that the guys know what they´re doing and for what these products are built (adventure/offroad bike).
With the panniers racks, it was a bit tricky to mount it on the left side: I had to untie the muffler a bit. Beside that the assembly was easy going.
