Designed without an exhaust cutout, this symmetrical system provides equal-volume luggage mounting — ideal for overland travel, long-distance touring, and riders who value perfectly even weight distribution.

Constructed from high-strength 17.3 mm steel tubing with a 2.3 mm wall thickness, the rack system delivers exceptional durability and load-bearing capability. Precision MIG and TIG welding ensures a rigid, impact-resistant structure that withstands vibration, off-road abuse, and the demands of fully loaded travel.

After fabrication, each rack is sandblasted and finished with a premium electrostatic black powder coating for long-term corrosion protection against rain, mud, road salt, and UV exposure. A bolted rear crossbar connects the left and right sides, increasing torsional strength and ensuring panniers remain stable on rough terrain.

Installation is fully bolt-on using the included hardware. No cutting, drilling, or modifications to the frame or rear footrests are required. The symmetrical design delivers a clean, centered setup that works seamlessly with Heavy Duties panniers and soft luggage systems.

  • If the distance is greater than 220 mm, choose the Standard rack.
  • The stock exhaust can be repositioned closer to the frame to allow fitting the narrow rack if desired.
