Return Policy -

Overview

As a customer, you have the right to cancel and return your online order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, provided the product has not been used and only if its nature, characteristics, and functioning have been verified without excessive handling.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at heavyduties@gmail.com within 14 days from the date you received the product from the courier.

Once we receive the returned product(s), we commit to refunding the full value of the product(s) within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

If you are returning a product for personal reasons (not related to defects or warranty issues), the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. You are free to choose any courier company, but the return package must be clearly addressed to the delivery address that we will provide you in writing via email.

Conditions for Returning a Product

Returned products must:

Be unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Include all original accessories, documentation, packaging, and invoice.
Be securely packed, preferably in the original shipping box or another protective carton.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of receiving and approving the return. The refund will be issued as follows:

For orders paid Cash on Delivery or by bank transfer – the amount will be returned to the bank account you specify in the return form.
For orders paid online by card – the refund will be sent back to the original card used via our payment processor.

Please note:

Refunds to bank accounts are usually processed within 24–48 hours.
Refunds to credit/debit cards may take 48 hours to 14 days, depending on your card issuer.
