Constructed from high-strength 17.3 mm steel tubing with a 2.3 mm wall thickness, the rack system is designed to handle heavy loads while also acting as a partial rear subframe for increased rigidity. Precision MIG and TIG welding ensures exceptional structural strength, resistance to vibration, and long service life in harsh riding environments.

After fabrication, the racks are sandblasted and finished with an electrostatic black powder coating, delivering long-term corrosion protection against water, road salt, mud, and debris. A bolted rear crossbar connects both sides, significantly improving torsional rigidity and keeping luggage stable on challenging terrain.

Installation is fully bolt-on using the included mounting hardware. No drilling, cutting, or modifications to the motorcycle frame or rear footrests are required. The asymmetrical design creates proper clearance around the exhaust, ensuring safe pannier positioning without heat interference.
