The Heavy Duties Crash Bars are built to protect your motorcycle’s most vulnerable components — engine casing, fairings, and frame — when it matters most.

Manufactured from 21.3 mm steel tubing with a 2.6 mm wall thickness, the bars are TIG and MIG welded for maximum strength and durability. They bolt directly to reinforced frame mounting points, ensuring that in the event of a fall or impact, the force is transferred to the frame, reducing the risk of costly damage.

Each set is sandblasted and finished with a corrosion-resistant electrostatic powder coating, offering long-term protection against rust and wear.

Maintenance remains hassle-free — most essential service work can be done without removing the crash bars.

Beyond protection, the Heavy Duties Crash Bars also expand your carrying capacity. By mounting the Heavy Duties Pipers add-ons, you can easily attach luggage straps, fuel or water canisters, tool tubes, or other travel essentials. The plastic Pipers also work as replaceable impact buffers, adding another layer of protection to the bars themselves.
