The Heavy Duties Adventure crash bars for the Yamaha Ténéré 700 (up to 2024) protect the engine casing, fairing and radiator when the bike goes down. They bolt to the frame mounting points, so impact forces go into the chassis instead of the bodywork.

Do I need to drill or cut anything?
No. The bars bolt to the existing frame mounting points, with no cutting or drilling.
Can I carry extra gear on the bars?
Yes. Clamp Heavy Duties Pipers onto the 21.3 mm tube to anchor straps, fuel or water canisters and tool tubes. The plastic Pipers also act as replaceable impact buffers.

ecco il mio giudizio sulle Crash Bars Adventure
La resa estetica si può vedere dalle foto, e questa è soggettiva, a me piace molto.
La finitura è di buon livello, verniciatura uniforme e saldature precise e pulite.
La consistenza mi pare buona e giudicare dal peso e dalla robustezza del materiale, spero di non doverla constatare praticamente, ma mi sembra ok.
La precisione degli accoppiamenti coi punti di fissaggio al telaio è il punto forte, veramente ottima.
La ferramenta di montaggio potrebbe essere più raffinata, una testa a brugola stondata e con finitura in tinta col telaio non avrebbe guastato.
Intuitività e semplicità del montaggio molto buone, oltretutto sono fornite istruzioni a prova di impiastro. Ho impiegato circa 40/45 minuti facendo tutto con calma.
Posso dire di essere molto soddisfatto.

Livré très rapidement, super bien emballé et complet. Au montage, aucun souci, les pièces tombent pile en face des trous de fixation, vraiment du très bon travail de fabrication. Monté en 1 heure et demi (je suis maniaque). Pour faciliter le montage des vis M8x40 avec leurs entretoises ça vaut le coup de dévisser et déclipser les fixations des flancs du réservoir en partie basse pour se donner un peu de place.
Esthétiquement, la protection s’intègre bien dans la ligne de la moto et elle inspire confiance !
Un très bon achat avec un excellent rapport qualité prix.
