The Heavy Duties Classic panniers for the KTM 790 and 890 Adventure are a waterproof 48 L / 40 L aluminium set with an exhaust cutout, made to mount on our asymmetrical racks with exhaust gap. They are designed and made in Romania and tested on rough terrain around the world.

- Waterproof and dustproof: deep-drawn (cold-formed) lid and bottom, a riveted base sealed with silicone, and an EPDM gasket.

- Impact release: in a strong impact the mounting lets the pannier come off the rack, protecting your legs, the rack and the box.

Are these panniers waterproof?
Yes. The deep-drawn lid and base, the riveted and silicone-sealed base and the EPDM gasket keep rain, river spray and dust out.
Which racks do I need?
The Heavy Duties asymmetrical racks with exhaust gap: KTM 790 / 890 Adventure pannier racks, asymmetrical (exhaust cutout). The panniers are built to fit them precisely.
What happens if I damage a corner?
Each HDPE corner is replaceable on its own. Order Heavy Duties protection corners and change only the damaged part.
Is the price for one pannier or a set?
The price is for a set of two panniers (48 L and 40 L).
